Zobele completes redemption of Senior Secured Notes

On 1st February 2017, Zobele Holding S.p.A. completed the redemption of all of its outstanding €180 million 7.875% Senior Secured Notes due 2018, at a redemption price of 100% of the principal amount plus accrued and unpaid interest up to, but excluding, the Redemption Date and replaced them with a €180 million term loan facility and a new €30 million RCF.
